Gates of Hades
Scope
These rules apply to the official Discord server of Gates of Hades, used as a communication, support, and community channel for players. They remain subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which prevail in case of conflict.
Access Requirements
Access to the Discord server requires meeting Discord's own minimum age requirement. Purchases and store-related benefits remain restricted to adults, or minors with parental or guardian consent, as stated in the Terms of Service.
Conduct
Mutual respect between members and staff is required: insults, discrimination, harassment, and offensive content are prohibited. Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotion of competing services without staff authorization is prohibited. Sharing illegal content, piracy (outside the context of the server itself), adult material, or violent or harmful content is prohibited. Impersonating staff or representatives of the official game publisher is prohibited.
Store and Payments
Staff will never request direct payments via DM: all purchases must go through the official store link. Any attempted scam, phishing, or payment request outside official channels must be reported to staff immediately. Support requests related to purchases must be opened in the dedicated ticket channel (#support-tickets), not in private DMs.
Brand Usage
It is prohibited to publish content implying an official affiliation with the game's publisher, or to use logos or assets in a way that could create confusion about the server's origin.

Report violations via the dedicated ticket channel (#support-tickets).
Sanctions
The Administration reserves the right to issue warnings, timeouts, kicks, or permanent bans, at its discretion, for violations of these rules. A Discord ban is independent of the game account's status, except in cases involving both (e.g. payment fraud).
Changes
These rules may be updated at any time; the version in force is the one pinned in the rules channel.
